Note: Admin can pause a profile at any given time. Pausing a profile means they are not available on the /search page. The users can still access their account and update their profiles.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Click on the "Sign Up" button in the navigation bar to create your account. Fill in your details including your name, email, password, and select whether you're a caregiver or seeking care.
Step 2: Complete Registration Process
For Care Seekers: You'll be redirected to the payment page to complete your $149/year membership. After successful payment, your account will be activated and you'll be redirected to the search page.
For Caregivers: Your account will be created successfully but will need admin approval before you can access the platform. You'll receive a notification once approved.
Step 3: Access Your Dashboard
Once your account is active (payment completed for care seekers or approval received for caregivers), sign in to access your dashboard where you can search for matches, manage your profile, and communicate with others.
